"Those in legal practice will benefit from the many tips, as will those working in the superannuation industry. It will become an important practice guide for trustees and their advisers when they are faced with an agreement or order to split superannuation.
The authors are well respected practitioners and I commend it to all those working with the new super splitting laws."
