Supersplitting complies with the National Privacy Principles Act 2000 which ensures that your privacy and the information that you provide to us is safeguarded at all times.
Supersplitting subscribers join at their own request and the information provided therein is used only by Supersplitting. Such information may be used for communication and advertising purposes and may at times be sighted by a third party for purposes such as printing, direct or electronic mailing.
A Supersplitting subscriber may discontinue their subscription at any time by contacting Stephen Bourke at PO Box 226
CANBERRA ACT 2601 or by phoning (02) 6257 6688, Fax (02) 6268 9055, or by info@supersplitting.com.au. All customer communication is issued with options to discontinue membership and if so requested, all relevant customer details will be permanently removed and any further communication will cease.

Security
Supersplitting use eWAY to process online credit card transacations.
Credit card data stored by eWAY is encrypted using Ingrian devices to provide the highest level of protection available. Ingrian devices provide tamper-resistant protection of cryptographic keys to ensure encrypted data is kept private and secure.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, within 14 days from the purchase date, we will fully refund the cost of your order. Books must be in the condition you received them.
Delivery Policy
The book is sent the next business day after the order is received. Delivery should be made by Australia Post within 5 business days.
